AI Infrastructure Stocks Poised for Growth
Nvidia is leading the AI infrastructure market and remains well-positioned for growth in inference. The company's graphics processing units (GPUs) are still dominant in AI model training, while its CUDA software provides a wide competitive moat.
However, Nvidia is not alone in this space. SK Hynix is the leader in the surging High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) market, which is crucial for GPUs and other chips to reduce latency and improve power efficiency. The company has more than 50% market share and is the primary HBM supplier to Nvidia.
TSMC, or Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing, is also poised to benefit from the surge in AI data centers. As a key partner to its customers, TSMC has strong ties within the industry and pricing power due to its virtual monopoly in advanced chip manufacturing.
