Air India Launches New Direct Flights to Mumbai

Air India is expanding its operations in Canada for the upcoming winter season. The airline has announced that it will launch a new seasonal non-stop service between Toronto and Mumbai, operating three times a week from October 25, 2026, through March 26, 2027.

The flights to Mumbai will be served by Boeing 777-300ER aircraft with upgraded cabins, including eight First Class suites, 40 Business Class flat-bed seats, and 280 Economy seats. The aircraft will also offer onboard WiFi.

Air India has also increased its capacity between Canada and India by about 4,400 seats per month. Additionally, the airline's premium seating capacity from Toronto to increase by 71% during the winter season.
