ALOFT AeroArchitects Clears EASA Hurdle for Global In-Flight Connectivity
ALOFT AeroArchitects has obtained European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) validation for its Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) ST04815NY for the Gogo Galileo FDX terminal on Boeing Business Jet (BBJ) 737-700 aircraft.
This validation grants access to Gogo's high-speed, global in-flight connectivity solution for European-registered operators and broadens the international applicability of ALOFT's FAA-approved STC.
'The initial Galileo FDX installation demonstrated both the capability of the technology and the strength of our certification and integration core competencies,' said Scott Meyer, CEO of ALOFT AeroArchitects.
ALOFT offers both turnkey installations at its Georgetown, Delaware facility and installation kits for qualified installers worldwide.
