Alphabet's massive expansion into AI infrastructure development is getting a significant financial boost. The tech giant plans to secure up to $25 billion through a comprehensive bond offering, with terms ranging from 2 to 40 years.

The funding will be used to support Alphabet's projected 2026 capital spending of $195-$205 billion, which includes data center construction, server expansion, and semiconductor infrastructure necessary for its Gemini AI platform and Google Cloud operations.

The bond package features 10 distinct tranches designed to attract diverse institutional investors. The longest-dated 40-year notes, set to mature in August 2066, are under initial discussion at roughly 155 basis points over Treasuries.
