ALS Battle: 90 Day Fiance Star Sumit Singh Faces Visa Uncertainty Amid Wife Jenny's Rapidly Progressing Condition
Sumit Singh, 37, has shared an update on his wife Jenny Slatten's battle with ALS. The reality TV star explained that the disease is progressing rapidly, and now it's affecting her ability to talk.
According to Sumit, Jenny, 68, is losing strength in her backbone and neck, making it harder for her to balance while walking or doing everyday tasks.
The couple has been struggling financially, with a GoFundMe set up to help cover medical expenses. Sumit has also applied for an emergency tourist spousal visa so they can travel to the US for treatment.
However, their plans are uncertain as Sumit's visa application is still pending, and he fears they may be separated if it doesn't get approved. He hopes to follow in the footsteps of fellow 90 Day Fiance alum Armando Rubio, who successfully traveled from Mexico to Arizona for his daughter's medical crisis.
ALS affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord, causing muscle weakness, loss of mobility, and difficulty speaking. Jenny's condition has worsened since her diagnosis in December 2025, with Sumit serving as her full-time caregiver in India.
