Amazon Air Unveils Factory-Built Freighters in Distinct Liveries
Amazon Air has introduced its first factory-built freighter, Odyssey, in dedicated Amazon Air Cargo colours. The Boeing 767-300F is one of three production aircraft with distinct liveries, reflecting different aspects of Amazon's air cargo strategy.
Odyssey joins Zenith and Soar in the fleet, marking a significant milestone for Amazon Air as it expands its owned fleet. Each aircraft has a unique brand identity, showcasing Amazon's evolving air cargo strategy within a single aircraft type.
The Amazon Air Cargo livery represents a new commercial layer for the company, selling freighter capacity to third-party forwarders and shippers, not just its own parcels. The move signals a shift towards wholesale capacity sales, with Odyssey marking the first appearance of this livery on a factory-built aircraft.
