Amazon Cargo Jet Crashes at Miami Airport Amidst Ignored Warnings

A recent investigation by the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has shed light on the circumstances surrounding the deadly Amazon Prime Air Boeing 767 crash at Miami International Airport.

The aircraft received seven automated warnings during its final approach, including two 'sink rate' alerts and five 'too low terrain' warnings. Despite these warnings, the pilots continued with the approach, ignoring repeated concerns about excessive speed.

According to the cockpit recording, one pilot warned the other about excessive speed approximately 70 seconds before touchdown. The aircraft then plunged around 400 feet in just four seconds before touching down near the halfway point of the runway.
