Amazon Cargo Jet Crashes into Cleaning Crew Van at Miami Airport

A tragic incident has shaken the Miami airport community after an Amazon cargo jet crashed into a van carrying a cleaning crew, killing five members and leaving two others in critical condition. The victims were working for Professional Ocean Service Corp., which has been cleaning planes at the Miami International Airport for over 15 years.

The deceased include Yoel Rodriguez Naranjo, 53; Julio C. Pineda, 75; Rolando Aleman Leon, 55; Carlos Acosta Fajardo, 53; and Javierkys Reyes Quevedo, 47. Their families have spoken out about the loss, with one family's lawyer describing Yoel as a 'very hardworking man' who was loved by his wife and son.

The crash has highlighted the dangers faced by airport cleaning crews, who work in often harsh conditions to keep planes clean for minimum wage. The crew members are exposed to hazardous chemicals, bodily fluids, and extreme temperatures while working on aircraft weighing hundreds of thousands of pounds.
