An Amazon cargo plane crash at Miami International Airport left multiple fatalities and injuries. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is investigating the incident, which occurred on September 7.
The NTSB reported that two vehicles with eight occupants were involved in the runway overrun. The agency will examine 'operations and human performance' as part of its investigation.
