Amazon CEO Jassy Sells $5.18M Worth of Shares Amid Expansion Plans

Amazon CEO Andrew Jassy recently sold $5.18 million worth of shares in the company, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The sale took place on August 21, 2026, when Jassy sold 20,000 shares at prices ranging from $257.09 to $260.90 per share.

These transactions were executed under a pre-arranged trading plan adopted by Jassy in November 2025.

In addition to the sale, Jassy also acquired 50,000 Amazon common stock shares through the conversion of restricted stock units on the same date.
