Amazon Delivery Driver Charged with Felony Battery After Parking Spot Brawl

A disturbing incident has been caught on camera at an ARCO Gas Station in Elk Grove, California. According to the footage, Terrence Wheeler, a 30-year-old Amazon delivery driver, allegedly sucker-punched a 71-year-old man from behind over a parking spot.

The elderly man's attorney, Tony Buzbee, shared the video and stated that the Amazon driver reacted 'hyper-aggressively' before punching his client. The victim suffered neck pain and a concussion as a result of the attack.

Wheeler has been charged with felony battery and elder abuse, while the elderly man is also suing Amazon in a civil lawsuit.
