Amazon's 'Together, We Give Back-to-School Program' recently donated backpacks and school supplies to Georgiana School. The donation was made possible through Joe and Donna Ammons', owners of Ammons Lawn & Garden and local Amazon Hub Delivery Partner, participation in the program.

The Ammons' operation was selected as one of 350 Hub Delivery Partners nationwide to participate in the 2026 program. As part of the program, Amazon provided 60 backpacks filled with items such as zipper pulls, sticker patches, and Bluetooth earbuds.

Ammons Lawn & Garden supplemented the donation by purchasing additional folders, pens, pencils, and notebooks through their local hub. The donated supplies were presented to Georgiana School Principal Deedra Benson on July 30.
