Amazon Driver Found Unresponsive in Vehicle, Cause of Death Unknown
Lake County Sheriff's Department has identified Jaylene Vargas Gonzalez as the Amazon driver involved in an incident in Fruitland Park, Florida. On August 10th around 7:22 p.m., deputies responded to a report of an Amazon delivery vehicle being stationary for an extended period on Clark Road.
Deputies found a woman unresponsive inside the vehicle and called Lake County Fire Rescue and EMS for assistance. The woman was taken to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
The cause of death remains unknown as detectives with the Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Bureau continue their investigation.
