Amazon Driver's Emergency Urination Leads to Semi Crash
A semi-truck driver was ejected from their vehicle after sideswiping an Amazon delivery truck on Interstate 80/94 in Gary, Indiana.
The incident occurred at approximately 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday at the Burr Street exit ramp. The Amazon driver had stopped in the gore area and exited to urinate when another semi-truck collided with the parked vehicle.
The 33-year-old driver of the moving truck was transported to Northlake Hospital with serious injuries. The 31-year-old driver of the Amazon truck was not injured.
