Amazon Drone Drops Package into Texas Woman's Pool
A Texas woman's pool party was crashed by an Amazon Prime Air delivery drone. The drone dropped a package into her swimming pool as she watched, captured on video.
Lindsey Austen filmed the incident after hearing the loud buzzing of the drone arriving. She ran outside to record the delivery and yelled 'Oh ****' as the drone opened its door and dropped the package into the pool.
The incident occurred during a week when Amazon announced plans to expand its Prime Air Delivery service to 500 more cities and towns across the U.S. by the end of 2026, nearly six times the current number of locations served.
