Amazon has expanded its Locker network to over 750 locations across more than 500 U.S. college campuses, providing students with secure package pickup points near their living and studying areas.

The expansion aims to make package retrieval more convenient for students by placing pick-up points within the flow of campus life, according to Viraj Chatterjee, vice president of Amazon Transportation.

Students can select a campus Locker as their delivery location during checkout at no additional charge. Once an order arrives, they can retrieve it using a code, barcode, or the Amazon Shopping app.

Packages remain available for three calendar days before being returned and refunded if unclaimed. Students can also authorize someone else to pick up a package by sharing pickup instructions with them.
