Amazon Faces Wrongful Death Lawsuit Over Cargo Plane Crash
A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed against Amazon and others in connection with a cargo plane crash that occurred on September 6 at Miami International Airport.
The lawsuit, brought by the widow of one of the victims, claims that multiple factors contributed to the crash, including pilot error, inadequate training, and the deployment of an aircraft with known issues.
The Amazon Air cargo plane, operated by 21 Air LLC, overran the runway and struck two vehicles on the ground, resulting in the deaths of five people.
