Amazon Occupies New Michigan Industrial Building Near Detroit Airport
Amazon has taken occupancy of Building 4 at Romulus Trade Center in Michigan. The 312,474-square-foot industrial building was completed by Contegra Construction on behalf of NorthPoint Development.
The property features rear-loading and cross-docked options, LED lighting, and 45,000-pound dock levelers. It joins five other buildings in the industrial park, which is located near Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport.
Contegra began construction on Building 6 in the same development prior to completing Building 4. The 282,909-square-foot building is slated for completion in November and will feature single-load capabilities.
