Dwayne Johnson's pre-Disney movie 'Hercules' is available to stream for free on Amazon Prime. The 2014 film, directed by Brett Ratner, follows Johnson's character as he saves a kingdom from a ruthless warlord with the help of his giant wooden club and one-liners.

Johnson has starred in several blockbuster films since 'Hercules', but believes this movie was one of the toughest performances of his career. He undertook intense combat training for eight months to prepare for the role, which he told Collider was a 'very long process'.

'Hercules' grossed over $243 million on a budget of $100 million, making it a modest hit. Despite being overshadowed by Johnson's later successes, the film is considered one of his underrated performances.
