Amazon Plane Crash Disrupts Miami Airport Operations

An Amazon Air cargo plane crash at Miami International Airport on Sunday has led to ongoing disruptions in airport operations. The incident resulted in the deaths of five people and injured five others, prompting a massive emergency response.

The plane overran a runway, striking multiple vehicles and catching fire before being extinguished. Two runways remain closed due to the crash, with officials warning that aircraft and flight crews may not arrive as scheduled due to cancellations.

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and Federal Aviation Administration are investigating the incident. NTSB chair Jennifer Homendy described the crash scene as 'devastating.'
