An Amazon Prime Air-branded Boeing 767-300F experienced a runway excursion at Miami International Airport (MIA) on Sunday. The incident occurred shortly after the aircraft touched down.

Preliminary reports indicate that the plane made contact with the runway at a speed of just under 200 miles per hour, which is faster than a normal landing speed.

The jet's overrun triggered 'heavy flames and smoke,' according to Miami-Dade Fire Rescue. Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident.
