Amazon Prime Now Free for Low-Income Spectrum Internet Customers

Spectrum has partnered with Amazon to offer its low-income internet customers Prime membership for free. Existing and new customers who qualify for Spectrum's Internet Assist, which provides speeds up to 50 Mbps at an affordable price, can now enjoy all the benefits of Prime without any additional cost.

Prime members receive exclusive grocery savings and convenience, including delivery benefits that saved them an average of $550 in delivery fees last year. They also get access to award-winning entertainment through Prime Video, which offers unlimited streaming of movies and shows, plus live sports like NBA, WNBA, NASCAR, and Thursday Night Football.

Spectrum's Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer Adam Ray said that the goal is to give customers more value from the services they already use. He added that this partnership reflects the company's ongoing investment in ensuring the communities it serves can thrive.
