Amazon Suspends Operations With Cargo Carrier After Fatal Crash
Amazon has suspended its operations with cargo carrier 21 Air LLC after one of their planes crashed at Miami International Airport on September 6, killing five people on the ground.
The crash occurred when an Amazon cargo plane operated by 21 Air overran the runway and resulted in a fatal accident. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
Amazon stated that they have spent time supporting the investigation and reviewing surrounding circumstances before deciding to pause their operations with 21 Air.
