American Express Executive Sells Shares, Reduces Direct Holdings

Monique Herena, Chief Colleague Experience Officer of American Express, has reduced her direct holdings in the company. On August 18th, 2026, she sold 8,811 shares through an open market transaction.

The sale was made at a price of $337.41 per share, resulting in total proceeds of approximately $2.97 million.

After the sale, Herena retained 12,444.723 shares of American Express common stock held directly by her.
