Amex Celebrates 100 Years in PH with Revamped Platinum Card

American Express is celebrating its centennial year in the Philippines with renewed benefits for loyal cardmembers.

The company has a long history of innovation and customer service, having introduced significant products like the first traveller's cheque and the Platinum Card.

To commemorate this milestone, American Express and its partner BDO hosted a gala dinner to honor their cardmembers and reinforce their commitment to providing exceptional travel experiences.

American Express' partnership with BDO began in 2007. The company can tap into the culture of travel that permeates the Philippines.

The Platinum Card has been revamped, offering better travel experiences and new rewards for its cardmembers, including a complimentary business class companion ticket when they fly with Philippine Airlines, privileged access to over 900 lounges across 120 countries, and Meet & Assist Services at select airports.
