Amex Expands European Lounge Network with Amsterdam Schiphol Opening
American Express is expanding its lounge network in Europe by opening a new Centurion Lounge at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. The lounge will be located near Concourses E and F, spanning nearly 6,000 square feet and featuring a canal-inspired design. The space will include a full-service bar, coffee station, and locally themed cuisine.
The lounge is expected to open in late 2026, with staffing timelines suggesting an opening as early as September. American Express cardholders will have access to the lounge upon its opening. The addition of this lounge follows existing locations at London Heathrow and Stockholm Arlanda, which cater to travelers connecting via KLM and SkyTeam partners.
The Centurion Lounge at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport will operate from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m., seven days a week, providing dining, Wi-Fi, and charging facilities for eligible cardholders.
