Amex Marriott Cards Drop Lifetime Bonus Restrictions

American Express is reportedly offering two Marriott credit cards without lifetime bonus restrictions. Holders of the Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant and Bevy cards may requalify for welcome bonuses even after prior ownership, provided they meet spending thresholds and pass approval checks.

The Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant Card offers 150,000 points plus $250 after $6,000 spent in six months, while the Bevy card offers 125,000 points plus $150 after $5,000. Both cards come with annual fees of $650 and $250 respectively, as well as elite status and night credits.

These are flagged as NLL offers, meaning past cardholders may qualify again for large point bonuses they were previously barred from. However, applicants must still meet credit criteria and avoid disqualifying pop-ups. Amex also monitors for abuse, so applicants should verify eligibility and avoid suspicious links before applying.
