Amex Shifts Centurion Services to New Provider Amid Wider Changes
American Express India is making changes to its Centurion card services. As of October 11, the issuer will be shifting its Travel and Lifestyle Services to a new provider called Aspire Lifestyles India Private Limited.
New bookings for travel-related services have been paused from September 7 through October 10 as part of this transition period.
The change affects several benefits offered to Centurion cardholders, including travel bookings, Fine Hotels + Resorts (FHR), International Airline Program (IAP), The Hotel Collection (THC), meet-and-greet services, airport transfers, and golf services.
American Express assures that the services themselves will remain available as a Centurion Card benefit. Cardholders can still expect dedicated relationship managers and 24/7 support during this transition period.
