AMEX Shop Small Returns: Up to $15 Cashback at Over 3,500 Merchants

The American Express Shop Small campaign returns for 2026, offering cardholders up to S$15 cashback per card at over 3,500 participating merchants across Singapore.

From August 4 to 31, registered cardholders will receive a S$3 credit every time they spend S$10 or more in a single in-store transaction, with a maximum of five credits per card.

The offer is open to DBS and UOB AMEX cardholders, who are normally excluded from AMEX Offers. Registration opens on August 4 and can be done via the American Express app or web portal.
