Amex Ups Its US Open Game with Lounges, Transit Perks, and Interactive Fan Activities
American Express is elevating its US Open hospitality experience for 2026 by expanding lounges, adding transit perks, and introducing interactive fan activities across New York City.
The upgraded activation builds on a partnership that has anchored the tennis major for over three decades and provides Card Members with more reasons to use their cards before, during, and after matches.
A key highlight of this year's US Open experience is the return of the Centurion Lounge, which will offer premium food and beverages inspired by chefs from Resy's partner network. Reservations for the lounge will open through the Resy app at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time on August 30th and run until September 13th.
In addition to the Centurion Lounge, American Express is operating a standard Card Member Lounge that includes exclusive merchandise, a postcard station, and a paid Moët & Chandon drink option. Platinum and Centurion members will have access to massage chairs paired with live tournament coverage on screen.
The company is also extending its tennis campaign into the city's transit system itself, with branded subway cars and platform advertisements promoting travel benefits tied to the tournament. Eligible Card Members can get $10 back after spending $100 on qualifying purchases starting August 30th.
