AMG Bank Buys Salesforce Stock Worth $2.1 Million

AMG National Trust Bank has acquired shares of Salesforce Inc., purchasing approximately 13,187 shares worth $2.066 million in the second quarter, according to its most recent 13F filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

This is not AMG's first investment in Salesforce; it represents a new position for the bank.

Other institutional investors have also modified their holdings of the company, including Commonwealth Retirement Investments LLC and Gilpin Wealth Management LLC, which both bought new positions in Salesforce during the fourth quarter. Costello Asset Management INC has increased its stake in Salesforce by 410.3% since the first quarter, while Swiss RE Ltd. has also acquired a new stake in the CRM provider.

A total of 80.43% of Salesforce's stock is owned by hedge funds and other institutional investors.
