A $30 million JobsOhio investment is supporting the Ohio Life Science Training Center in building a statewide pipeline of skilled biomanufacturing workers.
The center partners with community colleges to deliver short-term, module-based training for technical jobs that don't require degrees. This includes a certificate program combining current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards, contextualized manufacturing foundations, and lab skills.
The Ohio Life Sciences Training Center is anchoring a hub-and-spoke network delivering consistent training content through universities, community colleges, and technical schools across the state. Already operating as one of these spokes is Butler Tech in the Cincinnati area, running the cGMP module and partnering with Resilience on employment opportunities.
