Amgen's stock price has been holding steady above $415 as the biotech company reported strong Q2 2026 results. The firm's total revenue for the quarter reached $10.05 billion, a year-over-year growth of 9.5% compared to the same period in 2025.
This exceeded analyst estimates of $9.40 billion, representing a revenue beat of $0.65 billion or 6.9% against consensus expectations. Adjusted earnings per share for the quarter came in at $6.29, surpassing analyst estimates of $5.62 and beating the Q2 2026 adjusted EPS consensus by $0.67 per share.
Amgen's management now expects full-year 2026 total revenues in the range of $38.2 billion to $39.4 billion, raised from a previous range that was lower at the midpoint. The company has also increased its non-GAAP earnings per share guidance for fiscal 2026 to a range of $22.30 to $23.50.
The strong Q2 results and raised guidance have been supported by double-digit revenue growth across Amgen's portfolio, with 22 products achieving this milestone in the quarter. The company has also emphasized its investment in weight management therapies, including the development and planned launch of MariTide.
