Amgen Inc.'s stock has seen significant investment from various hedge funds and institutional investors. According to its latest Form 13F filing, Corient Private Wealth LP increased its stake in Amgen by 89.1% during the second quarter. The fund acquired an additional 490,952 shares, bringing its total holdings to 1,041,819 shares worth approximately $377,263,000.

This is not an isolated case, as several other hedge funds have also made changes to their positions in Amgen. Anfield Capital Management LLC boosted its holdings by 1,000.0% in the fourth quarter and now owns 77 shares valued at $25,000. Dogwood Wealth Management LLC increased its stake by 275.0% during the same period.

Amgen's stock performance has been impressive, with a market capitalization of $238.06 billion and a PE ratio of 27.37. The company reported $6.29 EPS for the quarter, exceeding the consensus estimate of $5.62. Amgen has also set its FY 2026 guidance at 22.300-23.500 EPS.
