Amundi Boosts Stake in Visa Inc., Now Owns Over $2.6 Billion Worth of Shares
Financial giant Amundi has increased its stake in Visa Inc., purchasing an additional 1,092,315 shares during the second quarter. This represents a 16.5% growth in Amundi's position in Visa.
The firm now owns 7,714,919 shares of Visa, which accounts for 0.6% of Amundi's portfolio and makes it its 21st largest holding. The total value of these shares is approximately $2,646,911,000.
This move comes as several other institutional investors also modified their holdings in Visa. Brighton Jones LLC, for example, grew its holdings by 50.1% during the fourth quarter, while Revolve Wealth Partners LLC boosted its stake by 68.9%.
