Ankit Maheshwari Appointed CFO at Classplus

Classplus has appointed Ankit Maheshwari as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), bringing over 13 years of experience in finance and technology to the role. Maheshwari joins Classplus after serving as Head of Finance at Zupee, where he was responsible for supporting the company's finance function across planning, controls, capital management, and business decision-making.

With a background spanning technology, auto e-commerce, and entertainment tech, Maheshwari has expertise in fundraising, financial planning, capital strategy, governance, controls, and business transformation. His experience includes building finance processes, strengthening controls, and supporting businesses through periods of expansion and operational change.

As CFO at Classplus, Maheshwari will be responsible for financial controls, business insights, capital allocation, and strengthening the role of finance in supporting wider business decisions. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role, having worked with companies such as Den Networks, IBM, and Cars24.

Maheshwari is a Chartered Accountant and has completed a CFO Programme from IIM Calcutta, holding a B.Com degree from Rajasthan University.
