Anthropic Eyes $6B Decart Acquisition Amid Surging AI Demand

Anthropic is in talks to acquire Decart AI for approximately $6 billion. The acquisition aims to boost Anthropic's AI infrastructure and efficiency, particularly with regards to its Claude model. Decart, a company backed by Nvidia, develops AI infrastructure and optimization technology as well as its own AI models.

The deal would help Anthropic absorb the surging demand for its AI services ahead of a potential initial public offering (IPO).
