Appistoki Unveils Salesforce Data and AI Centre of Excellence in the Philippines

Appistoki has established a Salesforce Data and AI Centre of Excellence in the Philippines to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in enterprise transformation. The new facility is located at Novare's headquarters in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

The centre will serve as an innovation hub for collaborations and co-development of new applications, helping Philippine organizations better understand and implement agentic AI. According to Abhijeet Kulkarni, founder and CEO of Appistoki, the space is designed to 'experience AI in action' through Agentforce, which enables intelligent and connected customer engagement.

The facility will host customer briefings, demonstrations, workshops, and collaborative sessions for organizations exploring AI-driven transformation. The centre's initial focus is on the real estate industry, featuring use cases like intelligent lead engagement, personalized property recommendations, and AI-assisted customer support.

Victor Silvino, CEO of Novare Technologies, emphasized that AI should create a meaningful impact for both businesses and people. Paul Carvouni, Senior Vice President and General Manager at Salesforce ASEAN, stated that business success in the Philippines will be defined by organizations moving beyond AI pilots to apply AI where it delivers measurable outcomes.
