Apple and Google Smartwatches in a Heated Battle
The latest smartwatches from Apple and Google have been compared, and it's clear that both are vying for dominance in this market. The Apple Watch Series 11 and Google Pixel Watch 5 offer similar features, including advanced health tracking and fitness monitoring.
One of the key differences between the two watches is their design. The Apple Watch Series 11 has a rounded square case, while the Google Pixel Watch 5 has a fully circular design. The Pixel Watch 5 also has a slightly thicker build, measuring 12.3mm compared to the Apple Watch's 9.7mm.
Both watches have impressive display capabilities, with the Apple Watch Series 11 featuring a Retina LTPO3 wide-angle OLED display that reaches up to 2,000 nits, and the Google Pixel Watch 5 using an Actua 360 AMOLED LTPO display that reaches up to 3,000 nits.
The processors used in each watch are also different. The Apple Watch Series 11 uses the S10 SiP, a 64-bit dual-core chip with a four-core Neural Engine, while the Google Pixel Watch 5 uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 Gen 2 paired with a Cortex-M55 co-processor.
