Apple Inc. (AAPL) reported its strongest June quarter ever, driven by demand in cloud, AI, and services, which saw revenue rise 16% year-over-year to $109.42B.

The tech giant's success comes amidst mobile DRAM shortages and rising memory costs, which threaten the margins and inventory of iPhone 18 models. Packaging delays and inventory buildup are already being felt due to limited supply from Micron, with support from SK Hynix and Samsung.

Apart from these challenges, Apple is pushing forward with AI features, new devices, and suppliers. The company plans a three-year product push, including foldable iPhones in H2 2026, the iPhone 18 lineup, and 10+ new devices across phones, watches, tablets, computers, and smart home gear.
