Apple Sees Strong Demand for $2K Foldable iPhone Amid Memory Shortage
Citi analysts predict that Apple's upcoming foldable iPhone will sell over 7.3 million units, despite its expected price of more than $2,000.
The device, possibly called the iPhone Ultra, is set to be released in September as part of Apple's 'Surprise and Shine' event under new CEO John Ternus.
Citi estimates that 5 million units will be sold in the second half of 2026, with an additional 2.3 million units following in the first quarter of 2027.
