Apple Stock Surges Near 52-Week High Amid iPhone 18 Pro Shipping Times
Apple's stock price has reached $333.24, up 0.29%, and is sitting 3.3% below its 52-week high of $344.57.
The increase comes as Bank of America Securities tracks early shipping data for the iPhone 18 Pro lineup, which shows faster deliveries than last year's model.
According to Bank of America's tracking, global average ship times for the iPhone 18 Pro have dropped to 14 days, down from 18 days for the iPhone 17 Pro at the same point last year. The Pro Max has seen an even sharper drop, with lead times falling to 18 days from 25 days last cycle.
China is standing out as the fastest market, with 11-day and 15-day waits for the two models, respectively.
The shorter wait times are often seen as a bullish demand signal, but Bank of America notes that the picture carries caveats this cycle. Apple launched only the Pro lineup this round, deferring the base iPhone 18 and Air models until next year and pushing the Duo to later in 2026.
