Apple Stock Trades at Premium as New Mac Mini Launch Adds Momentum

The new Mac mini launch, powered by the M6 chip and the M5 Pro processor, will begin arriving to customers starting September 22, 2026. The starting prices for the new Mac mini tiers are $899 in the United States, with an education price of $799, while the Mac mini with M5 Pro starts at $1,699 with an education price of $1,599.

The introduction of the new Mac mini adds another revenue stream that may grow over time. Analysts have been framing Apple as a moderate buy, with a consensus target of $330.53 per share, which implies upside of around $19 to $21 per share for current investors.
