The company's share price rose by a staggering 2,230% between Cook's first day as CEO and early August 2026. This translates to a total return of around 2,680%, meaning that an initial investment of $10,000 would be worth approximately $278,000 today.
Apple's revenue has also seen significant growth, increasing from $108 billion in fiscal 2011 to over $416 billion in fiscal 2025. The company's services business, which includes the App Store, iCloud, and Apple Music, has become a major contributor to its revenue, crossing the $100 billion mark in annual sales.
