Archer Buys Boeing Units to Drive Physical AI Advancements
Archer Aviation has made a significant move in the physical AI space by acquiring three Boeing subsidiaries. The deal involves Wisk Aero, Insitu, and SkyGrid, which specialize in autonomous flight, uncrewed aircraft, and automated airspace management.
The acquisition will combine these technologies with Archer's ZEE artificial intelligence platform, marking a major push into physical AI for defense.
