Argentina Unveils Two Student Visa Categories for Foreigners
Argentina's government has introduced two distinct student visa categories for foreigners wishing to study in the country. The visas are separated by duration, with one covering programs that last longer than a year and the other for shorter stays.
The Student Visa Plus 365 Days is designed for students enrolling in programs that will run longer than 12 months. Meanwhile, the Student Visa Minus 365 Days applies to those whose course or program lasts less than 365 days.
Both visa types require applicants to submit their applications through an Argentine consular office located in their home country. This means prospective students cannot apply from within Argentina and must go through the proper diplomatic channel before traveling.
