Arm Holdings has rebounded in recent trading, with its stock price increasing by 3.29% to $247.67 premarket, after closing at $242.59 on September 4. This brings it close to the chart's level of $242.64.

The company reported record Q1 revenue of $1.29 billion, a 22% increase from the previous fiscal year, with data-center royalties more than doubling and new support from major players in the industry such as NVIDIA, IBM, and Fujitsu.

Arm's innovative Neoverse V3 design offers customers a way to deploy products based on complete processor chips, rather than just licensing IP. This new revenue stream has the potential to increase earnings for the company.

The technical analysis suggests that $258.44 is the decisive breakout level, and if Arm can close above this price for two hours, it could lead to significant changes in the stock's structure and potentially bring prices up to $274.48 or even $294.37.
