As part of their match against Brighton & Hove Albion on September 19th, Arsenal has implemented various ticketing policies for disabled supporters. According to the club's website, all tickets will be issued as NFC digital passes and must be added to a mobile device prior to arrival at the American Express Stadium.

Disabled supporters can book tickets through the Supporter Services Team on 020 7619 5000 (option 1). The team advises that supporters aged 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over when entering the stadium.

The club also warns against purchasing unnecessary tickets, stating that their goal is to ensure as many supporters as possible have the chance to attend the game. If a supporter's ticket does not scan at the turnstile or they are admitted through another entrance, they must ensure their ticket is scanned before entering the ground.
