ASL Aviation Expands Long-Haul Freight Fleet with New 747 Acquisitions
ASL Aviation Holdings has bolstered its long-haul freighter business with the acquisition of two Boeing 747-400ERF aircraft. The planes, MSN 33516 (OE-IFB) and MSN 33945 (OE-IFD), were previously operated by ASL Airlines Belgium under lease agreements.
The transfer of ownership to ASL Aviation Holdings took place on August 7th, with both freighters becoming established members of the group's long-haul fleet. They will continue to support global air cargo operations.
ASL Aviation Holdings' acquisition strengthens its owned aircraft portfolio and reflects its continued investment in its long-haul freighter business. The transaction is part of a broader fleet and asset strategy aimed at expanding the company's international air cargo platform and meeting long-term requirements.
