AssuredPartners Invests $5.54 Million in American Express

AssuredPartners Investment Advisors LLC has made a new investment in American Express Company (NYSE: AXP) worth $5.54 million, according to its latest filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The institutional investor acquired 16,362 shares of the payment services company's stock during the second quarter.

This is not the only change in American Express' ownership structure; other large investors have also made adjustments to their positions in the company.

Cornerstone Advisory LLC increased its holdings in American Express by 2.9% during the fourth quarter, while Total Clarity Wealth Management Inc. raised its position in the company by 3.4%
